I don't know if this is intentional or not, but on tinkers construct auto-smelt + fortune only works on blocks that when mined, the smelting result from the drop is an item and not a block. This means auto-smelt + fortune only works on blocks like logs, ores like iron, gold, and even crops like potatoes; but not on blocks like cobble stone, sand, nether ores, etc; it just smelts the product withiout applying fortune. Yet on the newest ttcore (v0.1.1-73), it's auto-smelt + fortune version works on every block that when mined, the drops have a smelting recipe, giving me tons more iron ore from a nether iron ore for example. I guessed you wanted it to work like the thinkers version, but didn't know about this quirk.
