This is very nice and lightweight, but it really needs a blacklist so i can stop it from showing on Plater auras :(

With tullaCC, I'd prefer addons to opt out via cooldown.noCooldownCount = true, which both OmniCC and tullaCC obey.

Well Plater already has an option to disable OmniCC, which i assume would be setting that value, however TullaCC, still shows up. :/

Plater uses OmniCC's themes and rules engine to disable cooldown text, so that's why it doesn't work for tullaCC
