This function solves the problem (这个功能解决的问题)

naive-ui 大多数组件可以通过 to 选项设置弹出框的容器节点, 但是 Pagination 中的 sizePicker 和其他弹出框不支持通过 Pagination 组件设置 容器节点.

在 Web Components 或 Shadow DOM 中使用的情况下, 弹出框将被加载到 body 下, 这将导致弹出框的样式失效.

希望能够增加类似 "to" 的选项以支持指定容器节点.
