Non-collapsible sidebar section title
Info text within subscription dialog with no borders
Feature available only for new payed plans
New creation dialog with:
- Confirm button at the bottom (enabled only when URL is valid)
- Title inside dialog content
- No title or confirm button at the header

Test notes

External subscriptions still works as expected
Private, shared and external calendars are shown in separate categories in the sidebar
Free and legacy paid plans accounts are prompted to upgrade if they try to subscribe
