Make app on native Android

I have problem running it because when I try to login with Spotify it gives me messages that I don't Spotify premium which lest you play on web
But the thing is I want to play my local downloaded songs flac, alac , mp3 album I have on my device

And it would be good idea to because I don't know about ios that it will allow you to publish your app on apple store
But on play store on Android it will allow and it will good app can play local songs and also connect to spotify
