Twain cannot recgonize my scanner from network #28

Twain cannot recgonize my scanner HP Color LaserJet MFP M281fdw from network.
It can be seen in linux Document Scanner.

However twacker can not find it. (windows 10)
I've also tested the twaindsm.dll it also finds no scanner.
