We're experiencing a significant issue related to the Twilio service on macOS Ventura 13.4 for Apple M1.
Following the update to macOS Ventura 13.4, our iOS application is unable to connect to the camera when running on Apple M1 computers. The application returns the following error:
Error Domain=com.twilio.video.capturer.camera Code=1004 "Could not find a valid device format."
This issue disrupts the normal functioning of our application and negatively impacts the user experience, hence is quite critical for us.
