Twilio Video is Automatically getting unsubscribed often #392

@vidhyasri2106 I apologize for responding late to your questions. Video track can should not get frozen or should not automatically unsubscribed. We have recently found a regression where video track gets when user tries to do WiFi to LTE network hand over. I am assuming you are not doing network handover while in call Can your share the Room SID and the video sdk version. We will look into it and let you know. |
Thanks for the reply. I am not doing any network hand over. Both the devices are connected to same Wifi. Please find the details below,

Device – iPhone X
iOS version – 12.1.4
Video SDK Version - '2.10'

Hello, In the Room SID that you provided both of the remaining two Participants lost signaling connection and were eventually disconnected due to that. The media connections with the server appear to be okay during this time.
I think the problem is not being able to maintain a signaling connection. I will let @piyushtank diagnose further. Best, |
@vidhyasri2106 As @ceaglest mentioned, the technician and the second supervisor ran into the signaling connection error for the Call SID that they have provided. Is it possible for you to share the debug logs when the problem gets reproduced ?

Please find the logs set to debug below Reproduced it again and please find one more log that has only the Twilio video session below. I did not do any other operation. Please find the other details below, The freeze occurs every time in a few seconds after I start seeing the remote video in the app. |

Hi Piyush, The only difference I could see is the sample app that we ran had 2.4 SDK version and used TVIVideoCapturer whereas mine is 2.10 SDK and used TVIVideoSource. |
@vidhyasri2106 I suspect the problem is in how you are passing the coordinates to the other side in your app. can you try using 2.10 SDK in our ARKit sample app and see if you could reproduce the problem. |
I am getting this same issue again in twilio video 3.0.0-beta4 :( One participant shares AR view whereas the other regular video. It works for some time and the screen froze for the second user. |

When will the Video track get unsubscribed or frozen? For me, both the Vide Track and the data track is getting automatically unsubscribed or frozen after some time.
I am using sample code that works with ARKit and Data tracks API. I have also used Video quickstart sample to share the camera screen to another iOS device.
