starting a few months ago I seem to get:


    Copy/paste this URL into your browser when you connect for the first time,
    to login with a token:
        http://79712c654583:8888/?token=...

instead of localhost or 127.0.0.1 I get some unrecognized hex.

There is an issue for that in jupyter/notebook repo:
jupyter/notebook#3605

Also, token is added twice to displayed link, and this also an issue from notebook:
jupyter/notebook#3620
