Cannot perform snapshots

Hi,
I have been using this for years and at some point the "Snapshot" button seems to have stopped working.
As you can see here, it is grayed out.

It seems to work if I manually call the snapshot service using the Dev Tools. Is there anything I can do to restore this functionality?

It's not actually grayed out, it's a dull white. Clicking it should still do something.

Having said, it didn't work for me here. I think Arlo has been playing with their back end so I'll see what changed.

Same issue here tried taking a snapshot and nothing happens. Snapshot_retry config has same issue.
