Making the mod for 1.12.2

Hey, I saw the Krypton minecraft mod and my assumption is that some people here are good at networking related stuff so I would like to know if someone could help me about a minecraft server problem where Krypton could technically solve the issue according to a reddit post but since I am running a 1.12.2 SevTech Ages self-hosted server it's not possible for me. Could someone tell me from the log at least what the source of the problem could be? Can I do something to solve this? After some time (10-20min or even 1-3 hours) every people gets disconnected and my internet goes off where the only solution to turn it back on is to restart my computer.
