Client Version:
Tested from version1.3.13 to latest version 2.1.1.

Operating System:
Linux Debian

Application Version:
Electorrent 2.8.3

Description:
As the title says, it is not possible to connect Deluge via HTTPS protocol. It should work with port 443, but it doesn't.
