Add modified file highlight feature

Mark modified files in the sidebar and tabs.

This would be really helpful. It could be as simple as an indicator showing that the file has been modified/not saved. Could be similar to how Sublime displays a filled circle instead of a cross on the tab if the file has been modified and not saved.
