I am trying to adopt Hayagriva, but my current pain point is getting appropriate citation blocks quickly from sources.
If I want to cite something, I find the BibTeX for it and then append it to my ref.bib file. For Hayagriva, I have to have the CLI, a file stored locally, and then convert the file to the YML to get the corresponding Hayagriva reference.
The most popular extension, MyBib, needs support for Hayagriva.
It would be great if there were a convenient and accessible way to convert Bibtex to YMLl without needing to install something, especially when using Typst.

While not a webapp, JabRef now as exporter for Hayagriva yaml format: JabRef/jabref#10382
This feature has just been implemented in the latest dev version: https://builds.jabref.org/main/ (it's currently building and will be ready in roughly 30 minutes)
