Any effective blocking differences ublock origin and ublock origin lite?

Most Chromium based browsers will enforce manifest v3 somewhere in the future and that makes ublock lite useful and because it requires less resources to run in the low permission mode. I am wondering if ublock origin is able to block some content, trackers or anything else that ublock origin lite is not able to block due to for example the restrictions in manifest v3
