Future work: save snapshots of problems

Not sure what the best way to do this is, but since some projects may get removed from github, we need to save snapshots of these versions somehow. Some considerations:

• we may need a snapshot of the whole project for tools that require compiled code

External suggestion: have forks of the projects. @aradu12 we can try doing this over the next couple of weeks. To avoid cluttering our personal accounts or the group's github repo, I created an organization for this: https://github.com/nfbugs. I guess this means updating the yml files too with an alternate url for each repo.
