Batch ingest tool - error messaging and reports

Describe the bug
We had a problem with this batch ingest. We don't know if it was a problem with the tool's error/warning messages or if the batch ingest job crashed.

Details

• The manifest we used lists 15 entries but only 9 were ingested. Please request access as needed.
• We did not get any error messages indicating any issues with the metadata or any missing files, even though we usually do get those errors. The missing entries are highlighted in yellow.
• In case you need it, this is the folder where the pdfs are located.

Expected behavior
If some resources or files listed in the manifest are not ingested, or if the job crashed, we would like the tool to notify us of:

• missing files or resources
• a report of how many items were ingested vs how many are listed in the manifest

Additional context
This is not urgent and is rather an effort to track related issues for future batch ingest functionality.
