As a repository service manager
we want a self-deposit workflow that includes a mediation step
so that we maintain high-quality metadata.

What is the default/out-of-box deposit workflow in DSpace?
Is including a mediation step a customization or configuration?
Description or proof of concept of how to configure/customize the out-of-box workflow
