Updated udev-rules layer (Important changes)

Hi ya'll, the udev-rules package has been heavily updated and if you're using it in your Containerfiles you'll need to make some changes: https://github.com/ublue-os/udev-rules

We're now slurping in a ton of gaming rules for all sorts of controllers, yubikeys, titan keys, and the openrgb rules. Feel free to PR more here or (more preferably) upstream.
