fix(rtl8814au/rtl88xxau): package rtl8814au instead of rtl88xxau driver #721

This PR just adds the more stable rtl8814au driver back into the bazzite build instead of the unstable rtl88xxau driver. While this is removing driver capability for RTL8812AU/21AU cards, the driver has shown some instability with those as well. I'll take a look and see if there are some better options for those cards that we can include, for now if anyone needs them, there are old images, or it is easy to simply include both and install a modprobe blacklist which can be updated by the user.
