ERROR Nix can't list profiles.

Describe the bug

Whenever I run fleek I get the error "Nix can't list profiles". I first noticed when my bashrc failed on fleek completion bash, but all fleek commands fail.

To Reproduce

Good question. I think I'm on fairly stock bazzite, but it's definitely not completely stock and I'm not sure where to look.

Expected behavior
No errors from fleek,

• OS: PRETTY_NAME="Fedora Linux 39.20240311.0 (Bazzite)"
• Shell: GNU bash, version 5.2.26(1)-release (x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu)
• fleek:

❯ fleek version
ERROR Nix can't list profiles.

That'll do it:

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

downgrading to PRETTY_NAME="Fedora Linux 39.20240306.0 (Bazzite)" works for me.
