Describe the issue

When the sssd is set to use_fully_qualified_names = False, we need to define the users without a domain part so
user@domain.org becomes user
I've found out that the hardway.
Either the description needs to be updated or the backend username manipulation needs to be reconfigured.

Steps to reproduce it

realm join with sssd
set sssd use_fully_qualified_names = False
Create a GPO with Client administrators as described
fails to sudo
