Once the hardware issues are fixed (#1273), we can attempt to obtain a static IP for this server (+ ports 80/443), which will allow us to host the GitHub webhook server on it!

Jason Kawaja initially was against having a static IP/open HTTP ports for an in-lab server but seemed to support it recently:

what IP address does the host currently have? can a sudo user with name eceadmin be created? pw can be shared via dropbox file or call my office line.
