#140 is being used already in production and the remaining tasks are not so time critical. In order to merge the PR I shift them here for future me.

Functionality:

Projection interpolation for the case of tilted detector

Tests:

Parallel beam tomographic backprojection
Parallel beam laminographic backprojection
Cone beam tomographic backprojection
Cone beam laminographic backprojection
Axis rotation
Detector rotation
Volume rotation
Check portability (access pattern to host vector data types)

Framework requirements:

half, double, uchar, ushort and uint UfoBuffer types
