Description

Create a configuration that can be used for testing coupling strategies for SFS v1.

Solution

Create a configuration that would contain an active ATM, a global DOCN and CICE in prescribed mode. In prescribed mode, CICE provides a simple thermodynamic calculation consistent w/ the DOCN SST and ATM forcing but no ice dynamics.
