Description

The current upp version (harsh: fae617b) under FV3 includes two fix files postxconfig-NT-GEFS-aerosol.txt and postxconfig-NT-gefs-aerosol.txt. That causes a colliding issue for local checkout. See report here.

Solution

Update upp revision to the latest commit (harsh: 7fbc413) from UPP repository which remove the legacy file postxconfig-NT-gefs-aerosol.txt.
