Roadmap to v0.0.1 release

Description

Issues that we want to address before releasing v0.0.1.

1. support better DB API: we need to update all the api related to DB
2. support better prompting performance: we need to update all the prompting part
3. release to pypi: we want to put v0.0.1 of research town to the pypi so that users can install and use it.
4. polish documentation: we want to make sure the whole documentation is well-defined and clear.
