Train on my own dataset, need help with the tutorial

Hi,
I prepared my images (annotated) and I went through the guide but when I try to use the Kolab notebook in the guide I get confused because it only refers to COCO180 and the steps in the guide are not the same steps in the notebook (e.g. the notebook has a detect step which is not even in the guide.
Can anyone guide me please
