After checking the 'Select All' checkbox, the user cannot select only one language for scheduling

Steps to reproduce

1. Create more than one language (ex: Danish)
2. Create a variant content
3. Click "Schedule" button
4. Try to check "Select all" checkbox
5. Unchecked "Select all" checkbox to choose only one language

Expected result / actual result

The user cannot select only one language for scheduling. The "Schedule" button always be disabled.
