Some URLs 404 which shouldn't

[p-m-j]

A couple of these might make sense due to redirects in our that aren't implemented but some of them are just obviously due to some mistakes I have made messing about with URLs early on (I forget what I was trying to achieve...)

For those which 301 in our we could update in UmbracoDocs to save a redirect.

232 broken links out of 6057 not too bad though :)
