Timeline Edit: Make "visibility" item on/activated by default #3473

On studio page, https://una.io/studio/builder_forms.php?page=fields&module=bx_timeline&object=bx_timeline_post&display=bx_timeline_post_edit, visibility item is not on, hence there's no way to edit visibility of timeline post.
