Objective: Community (or Ecosystem) activation page is about providing the business case 'meat' at the community (or ecosystem) level. Should define what a community/ecosystem (e.g. textile suppliers to European brands) is within the context of UNTP.
Output: To create a virtuous flywheel where all stakeholders of the community/ecosystem (banks, industry associations, sustainability scheme owners, etc) receive a value benefit, achieve economies of scale, and alignment across all members of the community/ecosystem driving adoption of UNTP across the entire community/ecosystem.
Final modelling is community/ecosystem wide and should be a driver for member associations to activate their members.

Note: There’s a flywheel diagram on this page and Zach has a lot more stuff. https://uncefact.github.io/spec-untp/docs/business-case/CommunityActivationProgram
