Value Assessment Framework

Objective: Define metrics and KPIs that implementers agree to feed back to the UN (probably via their community/ member association that leads the community activation).

This serves three purposes:

1. It gives the UN a way to assess impact of UNTP and track progress towards a target of 1 million DPPs issued per day by 2030.
2. It provides more concrete data to feed back to the business case templates. Over time, the templates will get better and better informed by actual implementation experience rather than general market indicators.
3. It becomes a valuable benchmarking service to implementers to see how they perform relative to industry / commodity / geographic averages.

Output: Metrics and KPIs, and Word doc/spreadsheet templates for submissions.
