[bug] In version 2.2.0 and 2.2.1, the macros page does not contain all macros.

Description

In version 2.2.0 and 2.2.1, the macros page does not contain all macros.

If I zoom out the Safari browser view, the page looks like the image.

After further testing, I found that this problem occurs with the Safari, Firefox and Chrome browsers.

How to Reproduce

1. Go to the list of macros
2. Select the maximum number of displayed objects. The problem occurs with all possible settings.

Expected behavior

Whether the macros are new or already present, the number of items displayed is incorrect. It may be a variable error.

This also happens with the activity groups page. Activities are not affected.

There is a scrollbar on the right, you can scroll the page to see the remaining items on the page.

This also happens if there is enough space to show all items. If set items per page to less items you have, the pages numbers on the bottom right have no effect if you click on them.

Thanks for the tip with the scrollbar. It works. However, I can't see all my 19 macros despite the setting show 20 elements. If I set to show only 5 elements, the content of the first page is always displayed. The browser cache has been cleared.
