[bug] copy activity or macro fails unless has standard icon (new web configurator)

Description

When copy either an activity or macro with a custom icon, the copy fails with the following error:

"icon: invalid icon identifier format"

Removing the custom icon allows the copy to complete successfully. Can then re-add the custom icon and things work fine.

The failing icons all worked fine in the old configurator.

How to Reproduce

1. Go to activities & macros
2. Select an activity or macro using a custom icon
3. Click on the copy icon
4. It will fail with the error message "icon: invalid icon identifier format"
5. Click the activity to edit it
6. Replace the custom icon with a standard one.
7. Retry the copy.
8. It will work.

Expected behavior

A copy of the activity or macro with whatever icon was in place for the original activity
