This comparison was done using desktop 11.110 and Android travis build 1151 after having performed an Update List of Target Languages process on both.

Android has 1 target language in the index.sqlite file that is not in desktop: qaa-x-1560c6 - Loubala. In desktop, Loubala has the identifier of lol-x-loubala. In Android it has both (it's listed twice) on the select target language screen.

When starting a new project, Android also offers the choice of 1 other target language that is not offered in desktop: qaa-x-731b78 - kampetlet.
