Sometimes its enough if user get notifications once (e.g. info about HelpSystem).

We should create a notification with a checkbox with "Don't show again" option.
We might could use (https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/PlayerPrefs.html) to store the preference and check before showing the notification.
