40-million UVS test font

Please consider adding IVS Test Version 1.001, which includes nearly 40 million UVSes (Unicode Variation Sequences) in its Format 14 'cmap' subtable, and whose installable OpenType/CFF font is available for download on the Latest Release page. The font resource is huge, nearly 200MB, due to the size of the 'cmap' table, which is one of the reasons for making it available on the "Latest Release" page. I would have otherwise needed to ZIP it to bring it under GitHub's 100MB limit. Its UVS definition file needed to be ZIPped and split.
