This group currently has 28 characters and 17 additions, as can be seen with this link:

The one combination of the root phonetic with a nonradical is reassigned in #198, oddly enough to the next numeric group. The remaining additions are combinations of two radicals, but the sounds match this phonetic nicely.

After the one reassignment, this issue can be closed.
