Executive/Judical Branches

It would be useful to include images for members of the Executive and Judicial branches, at minimum the President, Vice President, and Supreme Court justices.

Since they do not usually have bioguide IDs (and are less numerous), an alternative naming scheme will be required. Perhaps something simple like:

[First letter of first name][First 3 of last name][YoB][MoB][DoB]
"DTRU460614"

There is an executive data file in https://github.com/unitedstates/congress-legislators, which contain some existing IDs for the president and vice president, for example:

You're welcome to use GovTrack IDs for presidents and vice presidents. (Note that some were also members of Congress and may already have a photo.) Beyond that I don't really have any particular suggestions.
