Pages in print issue should be stored in database and shown in prodsys

This should be quite straightforward to implement. Use a onSave event listener in indesign to export a pdf as a background task whenever a page is saved. Ping the api or just use the regular rsync polling to push the pages to the server, and show them there.

Stories can be associated with specific pages from prodsys. We could also push the pages to the print house over ftp from the prodsys interface.

There can be a interface to show the workflow progress of each page in prodsys.
