Problem with residue selection

Hello!

I have the following error (image attached) where I select a pair of residues (in the image 576 and 566, for example) but the sequence that it shows in the bottom starts in residues 76 and 67. I have tried selecting different points in the map but the same thing happens, it seems like there is a shift from the dot plot to the sequence. I am using gepard in a Mac, and I installed it via conda.

Another thing that it would be nice to do is scroll left and right with the mousepad (and not just the keys), to more easily reach residues in a long sequence.

Hello, thanks for reporting this bug. We will try to reproduce it. As we are currently busy with other projects, this might take several weeks. We will keep you informed here. Best, Thomas
