Some images broken

I managed so far to get it up and running again.

But one, two images are broken, see yourselves

@almereyda repo shouldn't have any content images, i asked everyone to host images they use in content somewhere else (trovebox, flickr, dropbox, whatever) and just add appropriate URLs to them!

so for example OTS logo @keikreutler broke link on her indie server/domain http://keikreutler.com/ots_matera.png 404 Not Found

same with Marc's solar tracker: http://edgeryders.eu/sites/default/files/styles/200by200/public/solar_tracker.jpg

we could consider setting up http://mediagoblin.com/ for hosting such stuff, https://indiehosters.net/ already discuss with GMG developers dockerizing it!

i intentionally didn't want to implement monolithic service with yet another poorly implemented image hosting feature. dedicated services exist and we can use URLs for images anywhere on The Web! if we need thumbnails, do you remember our quick hack for ether wiki with thumbnail service?

Yeah, that's why I reinstantiated thumb.allmende.io for http://lab.ouishare.net/hacks_image_gallery/
