What would you like to be added:

Add an option to enable WASM Multi-Threading.

Why is this needed:

It is a relatively unknown feature. We aren't quite ready to enable this by default as it is still considered a preview feature by the .NET team. However providing this as an extra option in the template will provide some visibility and make it easier for people to get started with Multi-Threading in WASM.
