Fix Capacity/Performnace in database

The labels should not have -Capacity or -Performance. Rather, there should a column that indicates whether the type is capacity or performance.
When the database is changed the function score tab would need to be fixed and the capacity and performance report so the type comes from the database rather than from the label.

Capacity and Performance were replaced with Blanks in Labels for the query getSummaryDataForKlipfolio. However, I would need a new column in the database - Type - for Capacity and Performance.
