This is a new rule that was added to eslint:recommended in eslint@6.

However, it still doesn't seem to be polished enough, and is creating more friction than the benefits it brings. Therefore, we've decided to not include this rule for now (see #16 (comment)).

We should add this rule to the config when it gets improved and its friction gets fixed.
