feat: exporting didcomm mediator utils

What is being changed

• Exports @veramo/did-comm mediator utility methods
• Changes debug message format in the agent.execute method to be more readable

old:

veramo:agent:resolveDid {didUrl: 'did:web:dev-didcomm-mediator.herokuapp.com'}
