How to install postgres-toolkit-0.3 on rhel using python or setup.py #66

I'm struggling to install the postgres-toolkit-0.3 in isolated machine from internet.

I've downladed full postgres-toolkit as zip and extracted into /opt/uptime/...0.3
when i'm trying to run
python setup.py

it falls over with error and couldn't figure out what the cause and how to install ?

please help.
