use-ink/ink#1650 introduces the idea of configuring how the e2e runs the node via env variables. This would give a good reason to bring back cargo contract test removed in #958.

The test command could accept some arguments to specify e.g. the URL of the node and pass that to e2e tests via an environment variable.
