Page breaks for heading 2

Hi there, might be a noob question, so any help would be appreciated:

• Can someone please explain why h2 elements use page breaks? The example simplepdf doc don't have h2 breaks so I am very confused.

• Can I somehow alter this behavior via simplepdf_vars?

• I read the similar threads in issues talking about main.css. Should this be reconfigured manually after each generation or can I somehow configure main.css as a custom theme?
